Throughout this course I'll occasionally ask you to do an Activity on a lesson page. Don't skip these, this sort of active learning locks concepts ideas into your head and will help you make connections with it all.

Grab a pen and paper, because as we go I'd like to see you keep a Journal—and be sure you do, so you can work through the process and track your progress.

And at the end of lessons I'll ask you to do a
Worksheet Activity. These are extra important activities. Pretend we're in the same room and I'm reviewing your worksheet with you.

How to use the Worksheets if you have a Google / Gmail account & use Google docs:

  2. Name Your Copy: Give it a name like “Identifying Goals Worksheet – [Your Name]”
    Forward to your coach when completed if you have coaching.
